Forever Awkward

I’m Nin and I am that girl who walks into a door and then apologizes.

 I am awkward and generally average.  

 I sing in the shower. 

I dance when nobody is watching.

 I am also that girl who will burst out laughing in the middle of a dead silence 

because of something that happened yesterday.

 I’m a cynic. I want to discover the unknown and keep to myself 

or share it to some people of my own liking. 

I wander. 

I want to take the world as my oyster and travel around it 

with nothing but my trusty backpack. 

I have an overflowing bucketlist of hopes and dreams.

 I want to live my reveries and let’s just say that

 I want you to live them with me, too. 

I jump from one thought to reality, to one obsession to the next. 

I am not and will never be the most eloquent speaker, top sharp-wit debater, and impeccably intellectual writer but I have tried and I am still trying. 

I hate. I love. 

I want to witness a miracle.

 I want to capture life behind the lens and maybe even write about it, too. 

People say you cannot fully trust a well-read, well-traveled girl, 

but what do I know? 

I’m still trying to completely know myself as I write my story, 

maybe you can help me pen a page or two. :)
